Art. 1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
- "lj3," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to lj3.club and the operating entity responsible for the lj3 online gaming platform accessible at https://lj3.club.
- "Member," "Player," "User," or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on lj3.club and is subject to these Terms.
- "Account" refers to the registered member profile created on lj3.club, including the associated lj3 Wallet balance, game history, and account settings.
- "lj3 Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance system denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) that holds funds deposited by the Member for use on the lj3 Platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, rebate, or non-cash incentive issued by lj3 to a Member under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to lj3's identity verification process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and supporting documentation before withdrawal processing.
- "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum cumulative betting volume that a Member must achieve using a Bonus before the Bonus or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
Art. 2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing lj3.club, creating a Member account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the lj3 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as lj3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of lj3.club and, if you have an existing account, contact lj3 support to request account closure.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lj3. Use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version. lj3 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically.
Art. 3 Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
Membership on lj3 is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. lj3 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any person under 21 years of age who attempts to register or access lj3 will be permanently banned. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. lj3 reports suspected underage access attempts to relevant authorities.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
lj3 services are intended for residents of the Philippines and other jurisdictions where online casino-style gaming is lawful. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing lj3 is lawful in their jurisdiction. lj3 does not accept Members from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To register an lj3 account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms. You warrant that all information provided at registration is accurate, current, and complete. lj3 reserves the right to suspend any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.4 One Account Policy
Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one (1) registered lj3 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. lj3 uses technical and behavioral controls to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended and their balances forfeited, including any bonus funds and associated winnings.
Art. 4 Account Rules
4.1 Member Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your lj3 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your account access with any other person, whether for personal, commercial, or any other purpose.
4.2 Account Security
You must notify lj3 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. lj3 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action. lj3 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access is attributable to the Member's failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.3 Account Closure
lj3 reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at its sole discretion, where lj3 reasonably believes that the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulation. Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting lj3 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
4.4 KYC Verification
lj3 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all Member accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's License, Passport, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of requesting a withdrawal may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Art. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
lj3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. lj3 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits
The minimum deposit amount via GCash or Maya is PHP 50. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is PHP 100. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the lj3 Wallet interface. VIP tier members are eligible for increased withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Program terms.
5.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the lj3 Wallet immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours on weekdays and within six (6) hours on weekends and Philippine public holidays.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
lj3 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twelve (12) business hours. lj3 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, bank processing times, or network disruptions beyond lj3's control.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's verified lj3 Wallet balance; (d) lj3 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above PHP 50,000 as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified lj3 Member account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Art. 6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, rebates, and other promotional incentives offered by lj3 are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated on the Promotion page at lj3.club/promotion. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., roulette even-money bets, certain table game side bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
lj3 monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, lj3 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently bar the Member from future promotional eligibility.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled from the Member's account. lj3 is not obligated to notify Members of impending bonus expiry, though in-platform reminders may be provided as a courtesy.
Art. 7 Betting Rules
7.1 Finality of Results
All game results on the lj3 Platform are final once confirmed by the applicable game system or live dealer. In the case of live dealer games, the result declared by the presiding dealer on camera is final and binding, subject only to technical error review procedures as described in Section 7.3.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game type and table are displayed within the lj3 Casino and slot interfaces before a game is entered. lj3 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice. Members are advised to confirm current limits before commencing play.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game's outcome, lj3 will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. If a game round cannot be properly resolved due to a technical fault, affected bets may be voided and the original stake returned to the Member's lj3 Wallet. lj3's decision in relation to technical malfunction outcomes is final.
7.4 Payout Disputes
Any payout dispute must be raised with lj3 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game result. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. lj3 will review the game logs and video recordings (where applicable) and issue a written determination within fourteen (14) calendar days of the dispute being raised.
Art. 8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lj3 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to place bets or gain unfair advantage over other players or the Platform
- Collusion with other Members, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms
- Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Chargebacks or unauthorized reversal of deposits after funds have been used for betting purposes
- Money laundering or using lj3 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities
- Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent promotional eligibility restrictions, withdrawal limits, or account suspensions
- Impersonation of another person or use of another person's payment credentials
- Any form of chip dumping or deliberate loss to transfer funds between accounts
Members found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and where applicable, the matter will be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
Art. 9 Responsible Gaming
9.1 Commitment to Player Welfare
lj3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Filipino player community. Gaming on lj3 is intended as entertainment for adults. lj3 operates a comprehensive responsible gaming program that provides Members with tools to manage their gaming activity.
9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools
All lj3 Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings: (a) deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits; (b) session time limits and session duration alerts; (c) loss limits — caps on net losses over specified periods; (d) reality check notifications; (e) temporary cooling-off periods; (f) self-exclusion — a permanent or time-limited bar from accessing lj3.
9.3 Self-Exclusion
Members who wish to self-exclude from lj3 may do so at any time via account settings or by contacting lj3 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, lj3 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts. Self-exclusion periods of less than twelve (12) months may not be shortened or reversed within the first thirty (30) days of the exclusion taking effect.
9.4 Age Verification and 21+ Policy
In accordance with PAGCOR's framework for casino-style gaming in the Philippines, lj3 strictly enforces a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years for all Members. This requirement is verified through KYC documentation review. lj3 also operates technical controls to identify and block underage access attempts.

Art. 10 Privacy & Data
lj3 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and lj3's Privacy Policy. By registering on lj3.club, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is available at lj3.club/privacy-policy.
lj3 may share Member data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers as required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and operational purposes. lj3 does not sell Member data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal obligations. Data retention periods are outlined in the Privacy Policy. KYC documents are retained for a minimum period as required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Art. 11 Intellectual Property
All content on lj3.club — including but not limited to the lj3 brand, logo, platform design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of lj3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use lj3.club for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any content from lj3.club without express written consent from lj3.
Game content (including JILI titles, PG Soft titles, Pragmatic Play titles, and other third-party game content) is licensed by lj3 from the respective game developers. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and remain with the respective owners.
Art. 12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lj3's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with their use of the lj3 Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the claim.
lj3 shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from internet service disruptions, power outages, or connectivity failures outside lj3's control; (b) losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the Member's failure to maintain adequate security; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (d) losses arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed on third-party sites or unofficial lj3 social media accounts not operated by lj3.
Gambling involves financial risk. All Members acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent risk of financial loss. lj3 does not guarantee winnings of any kind. Members participate in all games entirely at their own risk.
Art. 13 Amendments to These Terms
lj3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lj3 will provide Members with advance notice of not less than seven (7) calendar days, either via in-platform notification, registered email address (where provided), or prominent announcement on lj3.club.
Continued use of the lj3 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at lj3.club/terms-conditions.
Art. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to lj3's internal dispute resolution process by contacting lj3 support in writing.
If a dispute is not resolved through lj3's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of written notification, the parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause restricts any rights a Member may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
